PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cholesteric liquid crystal transferring material, by which the controlling of a final color taste becomes easy and an exterior appearance with a uniform color taste irrespective of how heat and pressure are applied. SOLUTION: In order to obtain a transferring material, in which at least one cholesteric liquid crystalline layer 3 having a selective reflective wavelength region in a visible light region is laminated, ink dispersed with ciral-nematic liquid crystalline molecules is coated on a substrate sheet 2 and then crosslinked and cured by being irradiated with ultraviolet-light beam or electron beam and heated up to 60-300°C so as to change and fix the orientation of a liquid crystal in order to form a cholesteric liquid crystal line layer 3.
