PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support plate capable of facilitating manufacturing, preventing breakage and damage caused by the spatter of a jet or abrasives in a work, dispensing with consumables, preventing chips from constituting an obstacle for recovering the abrasives, simple in supporting mechanism and safely achieving replacement work in an abrasive jet cutting device. SOLUTION: In this work support plate 5 of the abrasive jet cutting device 1 adapted to cutting a hard work W by mixing abrasives in extra-high pressure water jetted from a jet nozzle 4, a plurality of support plates 6 are arranged. The support plate 6 is composed of an upper plate 7 supporting the work W, a lower plate 8 supporting the upper plate, and right and left holding plates 9, 9 securing space for inserting the upper plate 7 and holding the lower plate 8 between them.
