A mouthpiece (160) has a recess (161A) provided in a wall surface and defining a flow path, and the recess (161A) is formed to have a curved surface curved only in one direction as seen from the above. Slit-like communication holes (162) are provided in the recess (161A), and a valve body (170) is fixed by a fixation member (180) to the mouthpiece (160) so as to cover the communication holes (162), and the valve body (170) is positioned at substantially the center in the direction of the curvature of the recess (161A). As a result, in an inhalator, even if there are aging of the valve body caused by use for a long period of time, deformation of the valve body caused by use for many hours, and deformation caused by cleaning and sterilization, the function of the valve body as an exhalation valve is less likely to degrade and, as a result, leakage of an aerosol can be prevented.
