The adapter has a main body (10) comprising plug-in holes arranged at the circumference and conductive plates with two contact ends extending through a lower surface of the body. A button has a fan-shaped projection extending out from an end of the button when a spring (108) is connected to another end of the button. A removable plug (20) has projections fitting into the holes. The spring exerts force to the button, such that the fan-like projection is inserted into a circular groove of the body for locking the plug, when the projections of the plug are screwed to a position.
