<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new packing apparatus utilizing a PET bottle or an item having a similar shape and also to provide a new method for not wasting a PET bottle, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A packing apparatus 100 is provided with a bottom base, a four faced frame body formed around the base and a cushioning member 310 which is placed at least on one place either on the base or the frame body and made of many PET bottles 171. The bottles are sealed and are formed with a predetermined display, and the display is visibly displayed on the outside of the packing apparatus.
