<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration method for an application registering image information and key information at a time by inputting application information on an application information input screen by an electronic form distributed on a Web, and printing, signing, sealing, and transmitting it. <P>SOLUTION: This registration method for the application comprises at least : a step wherein a server of an application destination distributes the application information input screen by the Internet; a step wherein a communication terminal on an application side displays the application information input screen on a display part, inputs the application information, and prints the application displayed with a two-dimensional code by a printer connected to an input/output terminal; a step for signing the application, sealing it with a registered seal, and sending the signed and sealed application to the application destination; and a step for reading the application by an optical reader of the application destination, storing the application information read from the two-dimensional code in an application information file, storing the key information in a key information file, and also storing the image information in an image information file. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
