<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously refer to an original and related information printed on the surface of a form when a part with the related information printed thereon is folded back at the time of printing the related information corresponding to required reference phrases in the original on the rear face of the form (recording material). <P>SOLUTION: A required reference phrase is extracted from the original according to a predetermined rule and related information associated with the extracted required reference phrase is acquired. Next, a recording position for the required reference phrase on the front surface of the form on which the original is recorded is specified, and an allocation position on the rear face of the form for the corresponding related information is determined on the basis of the specified recording position. In such a case, when the recording part of the related information is folded back in the direction of the front surface of the form, the allocation position of the related information is determined so that the required reference phrase recorded on the front surface and the related information recorded on the rear face can simultaneously visually be recognized.
