摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frequency division circuit having a large operation margin in a drive circuit integrated type display apparatus using a low temperature polysilicon process. <P>SOLUTION: A level shifter 60 and a charge pump circuit 70 are added to an initial unit frequency division circuit FD1 out of unit frequency division circuits FD1 to FDn which are cascade-connected to constitute the frequency division circuit 50. The charge pump circuit 70 generates voltage VBC by boosting voltage VDD on the basis of a dot clock signal (signal DCLK) and supplies the voltage VBC to the unit frequency division circuit FD1. Since the unit frequency division circuit FD1 is driven by the voltage VBC, current driving performance is improved. Since the driving performance of the initial stage unit frequency division circuit FD1 to which the signal DCLK having a large frequency is inputted is improved, the operation margin of the frequency division circuit 50 can be increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
