PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator with an improved structure capable of favorably maintaining its initial set precision even used in combination with a damper, a mount, or the like, thereby stably exhibiting objective output characteristics and excellent durability. SOLUTION: A laminated rubber 72 laminated in the axial direction of output shafts 70, 77, 78 of movers 12, 64, 66 is provided on a transmission passage of a driving force from the movers 12, 64, 66 to a member 116 to be driven. The driving force exerting to the movers 12, 64, 66 accompanying the current supply to a coil 52 through the laminated ribber 72 is transmitted in the lamination direction of the laminated rubber 72 to be acted on the member 116 to be driven.
