PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an interconnection to be connected to a functional block under shutdown as a power supply and GND when shutting down the functional block in LSI by a power supply shutdown technology. SOLUTION: In an output portion of the functional block 16 under shutdown and an input of a functional block 17 under operation which receives an output signal from the functional block 16, change-over switches 19 and 20, each consisting of a transistor, for changing over a state between the power supply and GND and an interblock interconnection 18 between a conducting state and a cutoff state are formed, respectively. Due to this structure, an existing interconnection to which the functional block 16 under shutdown is to be connected can be used as a power supply and GND. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
