PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking device capable of certainly reducing spattering of an oil smoke and fats and oils during cooking. SOLUTION: The heating cooking device is provided with a gridiron 6 placed with a material 3 to be cooked; a receiving tray 7 for placing the gridiron 6; a cooking chamber 2 for storing the gridiron 6, the receiving tray 7 and the material 3 to be cooked; a door 8 connected to the receiving tray 7 and covering a front surface opening 2a of the cooking chamber 2; a heating chamber 9 having a heating means 10 for heating air; a blowing hole 14 and a suction hole 15 for communicating the heating chamber 9 with the cooking chamber 2; and a fan means 11 for sucking the air in the cooking chamber 2 from the suction hole 15 into the heating chamber 9 and jetting it from the blowing hole 14 into the cooking chamber 2 to circulate the air in the cooking chamber 2. A water vessel 17 and a water feeding means 18 for feeding water in the water vessel 17 to the receiving tray 7 are provided on the door 8. Since the receiving tray 7 is cooled by water, even if the fats and oils is dropped off from the material 3 to be cooked to the receiving tray 7 during cooking, generation of the oil smoke and spattering of the fats and oils that contaminate the inside and reduce the cooking performance of the material 3 to be cooked can be certainly prevented.
