PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer fixing belt which is excellent in thermal conductivity to toner, etc., responds to improvement of transfer fixing speed, has no deformation of a toner image and transfer unevenness, transfers a successful image to a recording sheet, especially has small friction resistance of an inner peripheral surface and an outer peripheral surface, successful stress cracking-proof and a long life. SOLUTION: The transfer fixing belt is characterized that it consists of polyimide resin system compounds containing the following A component, B component and C component: (A) thermal conductive inorganic filling powder; (B) conductive powder and (C) fluorocarbon resin powder as a base layer, mean particle diameter based on the initial particle of powder of each component is≤4.0μm, respectively and contains each component by a predetermined amount.
