PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a transferred toner image as the carrying speed of a recording form becomes faster. SOLUTION: A fixing unit 40 has a pressure section 41A and a fixation section 41B arranged opposite on both sides of a conveyance path for the recording form P. A pressure-side pad 42A and a fixation-side pad 42B form a nip portion which is long in a form carrying direction and also reduce a curl quantity after fixation so that the recording form P will not deform at a position of heating by electric heaters 43A and 43B. Outer peripheries of the pressure-side pad 42A and fixation-side pad 42B are wound with inner belts 44A and 44B and also coated with a lubricant such as grease to reduce slide resistance between the pressure-side pad 42A and fixation-side pad 42B and inner belts 44A and 44B.
