PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual type concrete groove cover suspension clamp capable of easily and safely mounting and dismounting a concrete groove cover. SOLUTION: A holding hand 2 is formed at the lower end part of the arm 1 of the manual type concrete groove cover suspension clamp. The holding hand 2 is bent so as to be easily accessed to the lower surface of the concrete groove cover, and a claw 3 tapered toward its tip is formed on the holding hand. Further, a lever hand 4 for easily peeling the concrete groove cover fixed to a gutter with mud from the gutter by using a lever is formed on the root outside of the holding hand 2. Moreover, a support hand 5 extending in a vertical direction to a pivot shaft for preventing the held concrete groove cover from being swung and fallen is formed on the root inside of the holding hand 2. In addition, an arm pivot 6 about the arm 1 holding the concrete groove cover is formed variable by using a pivot hole 7 separated from the arm, and a handle 8 is formed detachable by a detachable pivot 9.
