PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus without using a special electrode structure, without increasing electric power consumption energy required for electrolytic treatment, increasing efficiency several times than the efficiency of a conventional reaction by efficiently carrying out a contact reaction in reaction treatment and also allowing this at a low cost. SOLUTION: The structure of the apparatus discharges to pass liquid to be treated to a main area of an electrolytic reaction between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode while forcibly agitating this, and allows liquid agitation in the main area of the electrolytic reaction. Further, in response to requirement, the structure of the apparatus regularly passes the water to be treated which is mixed with an air bubble and becomes turbid through the main area of the electrolytic reaction. Thus, electrolytic liquid treatment apparatus can be provided without using the special electrode structure, without increasing the electric power consumption energy required for the electrolytic treatment, increasing efficiency several times than the efficiency of the conventional reaction by efficiently carrying out the contact reaction in the reaction treatment and also allowing this at a low cost.
