PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro reactor in which reactions can be advanced simultaneously in two or more mixing ratios on one chip, each of fluids is injected only once and consequently a substrate of the chip of which can be made small. SOLUTION: Reaction flow passages 16a, 16b, 16c connected respectively to a plurality of fluid supply ports 12a, 12b, which are arranged according to the kinds of fluids, through communicative flow passages 18a, 18b, 18c, 20a, 20b, 20c and fluid sampling ports 14a, 14b, 14c connected respectively to the terminal ends of reaction flow passages are formed on the substrate 10. The cross-sectional area of each of communicative flow passages is set so that the mixing ratios of two or more kinds of fluids, which are supplied from fluid supply ports and mixed in reaction flow passages respectively, are made different from one another in each of reaction flow passages.
