When a fluid is allowed to pass through a translucent pipe line based on a fact that there is no uniform, scattering-light-free fluid that is not really homogenous and free from heterogenous particles and a laser beam is condensed on a axial core portion along a length direction within a specified range in a passing route, heterogenous particles in the axial core portion produces a scattering light to permit imaging by means of a CCD line sensor (42) and enable a spatial filter-based speed component to be computed after a specified computing, whereby it is possible to determine an average flow rate and a flow volume based on a fact that a laminar flow passes through the translucent pipe line (10).
|
