<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems wherein it is difficult to easily and quickly retrieve images, while grasping the connection of a plurality of images and to perform instinctive retrieval similar to the operation, which is often performed in the case of searching a required photograph from a plurality of developed photographs. <P>SOLUTION: When an image is displayed on a display apparatus, an instruction for performing continuous feeding of images and an instruction, indicating the degree of the continuous feeding, are received together, a plurality of image data are acquired, on the basis of the received instructions, the images of the acquired image data are reduced on the basis of the received instructions; and the plurality of reduced images are displayed on the display apparatus, and the image to be displayed is updated in prescribed order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
