PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus system by which the display of a display part can accurately be recognized and operation errors and judgement errors can be prevented.

SOLUTION: The medical apparatus system is provided with first medical apparatus 20 and second medical apparatus 20. The first and second medical apparatus 20 has first and second display units 40 for respectively displaying information relating to the first and second medical apparatus 20 in prescribed display colors and first and second color setting parts 53a for respectively setting the display colors of the first and second display units 40. The first color setting part 53a and the second color setting part 53a can set the display color of the first display unit 40 and the display color of the second display unit 40 to colors different from each other.
