<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage work-in/out, while taking into consideration working service shifts of employees. <P>SOLUTION: This work-in/out managing system comprises a shift information managing means using shift for identifying information for managing one or more shift information out of predetermined working hour information set, depending on the service shifts, an individual service information managing means for managing individual service information, consisting of the predetermined working hour information for employees, one or more basic service information managing means for managing basic service information, consisting of basic predetermined working hour infirmation, a schedule managing means for managing a service schedule, consisting of the predetermined working hour information for the employees, a reference criterion managing means for managing reference criteria which determines the predetermined working hours for the employees, when calculating result data, a storage means for storing stamping information during work-in/out, and a means for calculating and managing the result data by using the shift information, the individual service information, the basic service information and the predetermined working hour information for the service schedule, as the criteria, in accordance with the reference point, when storing the stamping information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
