<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a cooling performance of a whole drive circuit including a power element, while an insulation property of the power element and a drive circuit disposed to an electric blower without using any special insulator or managing an amount of the insulator, in electric equipment such as an electric vacuum cleaner used in a state where it is possible to suck liquid containing salt therein, out of equipment using an electric blower with circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A whole substrate of the electric blower is protected with a thin film or the like such as silicone coating material, and only a lead part 10a of the power element 10 is protected with insulator such as silicone.
