<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the intramolecular binding of a specific molecule, preferably a protein. <P>SOLUTION: (1) A vector system for the intracellular binding of a specific antigen (target antigen), which comprises a nucleotide sequence adapted to delivery and expression in cells and containing a promoter operably bound to an antibody gene encoding an antibody capable of being bound to the target antibody. In one embodiment, the antibody gene encodes a single strand variable fragment, a single domain H chain, or Fab, and the target antigen is selected from the antigen group consisting of intermediate metabolites, saccharides, lipids, autacoids, hormones, complex carbohydrates, phospholipids, nucleic acids and proteins. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
