MONITORING SYSTEM AND ITS MONITORING METHOD WITH AUTOMATIC REGULATION FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system and its monitoring method with an automatic regulation function.

SOLUTION: The system has a movement detection module 102 and a video processing module 104. The movement detection module 102 judges whether or not it detects a real-time video recording data and the real-time video recording data and is in a movement status. When the real-time video recording data is in the movement status, a video processing module 104 writes the real-time video recording data in a storage medium 108 with a first analysis degree. When the real-time video recording data are not in the movement status, the video processing module 104 writes the real-time video recording data in the storage medium 108 with a second analysis degree lower than the first analysis degree.
