<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply attach and detach an inverter circuit to supply high frequency power to a heating coil, in an electromagnetic induction heating cooking device in which the heating coil for induction heating is mounted to the outer bottom surface of a cooking pan for containing and heating an object to be heated. <P>SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic induction heating cooker for business use in which the heating coil for induction heating is mounted to the outer bottom surface of the cooking pan for containing and cooking the object to be cooked, support shafts are provided on the right and left of the cooking pan, these support shafts are supported by a pair of right and left pedestals, and a plurality of the inverter circuits to supply high frequency power to the heating coil are housed in either one of the pedestals. the inverter circuits are raised and disposed side by side, and are made attachable and detachable from the top surface of the pedestal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
