METHOD FOR GROWING MATRIX OF CARBON NANOTUBE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for growing the matrix of carbon nanotubes. SOLUTION: The method for growing the matrix of carbon nanotubes comprises: a stage where a substrate in which a first catalyst layer is deposited on the surface of one side is prepared; a stage where the substrate is arranged inside a reaction plate of brazilianite; a stage where a second catalyst is installed at least in one side of the substrate in the reaction plate of brazilianite; a stage where the reaction plate of brazilianite is arranged at a reaction furnace provided with a suction port; and a stage where the reaction furnace is heated to a prescribed temperature, and a carbon-containing gas is fed thereto, so as to grow the matrix of carbon nanotubes in a multilayer.
