PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant alloy having a coating structure superior in oxidation resistance by preventing a surface oxide layer for shielding oxygen from exfoliating from an inner alloy and thereby inhibiting the oxidation of the inner alloy from proceeding. SOLUTION: The structure of the oxidation-resistant coating formed on the heat-resistant alloy comprises: an alloy film of the first layer for the purpose of preventing diffusion formed as needed on the surface of a substrate of the heat-resistant alloy; and a composite film of the second layer further formed on the surface, which consists of an alloy layer containing at least Al or Si and reinforced fibers dispersed therein. Particularly, when the heat-resistant alloy is a niobium-based alloy, the alloy film of the first layer shall include Re and two or more such elements as to form a stable phase coupled with Re, and the second layer film shall have the reinforced fibers dispersed in the alloy layer containing at least Al and one or more elements of Cr and Ni. The reinforced fiber to be used shall be a fiber or whisker of oxide-based ceramic with an average aspect ratio of 2 to 1,000. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
