MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TIRE VULCANIZING MOLD USING LAMINATION SHAPING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tire vulcanizing mold using a lamination shaping method capable of precisely manufacturing a pattern molded article manufactured by the lamination shaping method by molding the same on the profile surface of a sector mold made of an aluminum alloy under heating and pressure. SOLUTION: The sector mold W is manufactured by machining so as to have a predetermined shape while its profile surface Wa is preliminarily subjected to surface roughening processing by cutting or grinding to be treated with a water soluble reducing agent. On the other hand, the pattern molded article Z is manufactured by a lamination shaping method using a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin composition to integrally form a pattern having an uneven shape or a groove shape. Then, the sector mold W having the surface treated profile surface Wa and set to a predetermined temperature is arranged on a lower mold 1 at a predetermined position and the pattern molded article Z is further placed on the profile surface Wa through an adhesive. Thereafter, an upper mold 2 is fitted to the upper surface of the pattern molded article Z to heat the pattern molded article Z to a definite temperature under definite pressure to integrally mold the same.
