PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking switch which is attached and assembled simply, easily, properly and stably, and also to provide its structuring member. SOLUTION: The rocking switch is such that a fixed contact piece caulking attachment piece 421 caulks to an extending stage part 271 by inserting a fixed contact piece 4 into a fixed contact piece inserting slit 27 formed on a bottom wall of a box 2, and also, a movable contact piece support member caulking attachment piece 511 caulks to an extending stage part 281 by inserting a movable contact piece support member 5 into a movable contact piece support member inserting slit 28, a movable contact piece 3 is mounted on a movable contact piece support protruding part 523 bent and formed on a movable contact piece fulcrum body 52 through a both side guidance projection 524 with a notch 321 formed on both sides of a movable contact point supported piece 32, an inclined plane 522 is formed on the movable contact piece support protruding part 523, a pivot part 11 of a push button 1 is inserted and fitted into a pair of shaft holes 25 formed on a side wall facing a box 2, and the push button is supported with a shaft by the box 2.
