PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic semiconductor device, an organic semiconductor device and an electronic apparatus, all of which can substantially prevent degradation of properties of an organic semiconductor film. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an organic EL device 40 comprising: a first step for forming an organic EL layer 43 on a pixel electrode (a first electrode) 41; a second step for forming an opposing electrode (op) on the opposite side of the organic EL layer 43 from the pixel electrode 41; and a third step for forming a protection film 60 made of a material having Si, N, and O as its main constituent elements on the opposite electrode (op). In the third process, a coating is formed by polymer comprising a silazane structure as its main material, and then the protection film 60 is obtained by irradiating ultraviolet rays on the coating.
