PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize excessive resources by sharing auxiliary resources whenever possible, and to efficiently operate a system by utilizing auxiliary resources when necessary. SOLUTION: In a design stage of each sub information processing system, a prospective online transaction processing amount is set, and allocation of resources appropriating the processing amount is carried out. A threshold of a transaction processing residence quantity, a CPU utilization, a used amount of a disk being used, or the like is adopted as a trigger indicating that the preset online transaction processing amount has been breached, operation for obtaining resources that will be respectively needed is precedently, or dynamically registered, and the trigger and necessary resource allocation are carried out together. In the resource allocation, request for allocation of necessary resources is carried out to resource sharing systems irrespective of that the resources are in the same casing or in different casings, and the resource sharing systems carry out allocation with respect to the request.
