PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of returning responses of all processing requests within a predetermined time by reducing a standard deviation of response times of the processing requests. SOLUTION: In the dynamic queue load distribution method, load distribution is dynamically carried out by distributing the processing requests to queues of a plurality of computers. It has a step of acquiring load levels indicating levels of loads of the computers, a step of referring to a queue management table including information of a queue length in each queue and the number of stagnant requests, and a queue adjustment table including information of a queue length in each load level, and changing the queue length of the queue management table into the queue length corresponding to the load level of the queue adjustment table by a storage, a step of calculating a queue activity ratio from the queue length and the number of stagnant requests in the queue management table, a step of exchanging information of the calculated queue activity ratio between each computer by a communication device, and a step of distributing the processing requests in response to the exchanged queue activity ratios.
