PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve flexible and proper arbitration of bus, and to prevent complication of a device constitution, the increase of device cost and the like. SOLUTION: This data transfer processing device comprises a common bus 1, a plurality of bus masters A-Z transferring data by using the common bus 1, a bus arbiter 2 arbitrating requests for using the common bus from the plurality of bus masters A-Z with a predetermined order of priority, and a request switching means 4 selecting one of the plurality of different orders of priority as the order of priority of one bus master among the plurality of bus masters A-Z, and periodically switching the selection.
