PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion/mixing apparatus capable of uniformly and effectively performing dispersion/mixing by suppressing an article to be treated from being deposited on an inner wall of a treatment tank while reducing required power. SOLUTION: A flow regulation plate 21 is provided in an upstream side of a flowing directionαof the article to be treated from a throwing port 7 and at a position just near the throwing port 7. In that case, the flow regulation plate 21 is mounted to an air removal cylinder 8 provided on an upper treatment tank member 5 and radially extends between the air removal cylinder 8 and an inner wall 1a and its distal end is curved along the spherical inner wall 1a. Further, a discharge port 9 is arranged below (approximately just below) the flow regulation plate 21. Thereby, dispersion/mixing can be performed uniformly and effectively.
