PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device which can control foam during cooking. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a heating pot 1 which can cook food and is equipped with an opening/closing lid and a gas supply means 5 which is attached to the heating pot 1, introduces air, carbon dioxide or nitrogen into the heating hook 1 and controls the foam generated from foods under cooking, the gas supply means 5 comprises a pipe 41 attached by communicating with the heating pot 1, an air filter 43 attached to the pipe 41 and a switching valve 45 which opens/closes the passage in the pipe 41, then, introduces air, carbon dioxide or nitrogen in consideration of a degree of vacuum in the heating pot 1.
