PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf practice gear capable of correcting an excessive outward bending of the wrist which causes a miss shot in the golf with a little practice and being easily usable for an actual round. SOLUTION: This golf practice gear is worn on a dominant hand whose palm side of the hand gripping a golf club faces a golf ball to be hit, is disposed along the palm face side and/or the back side of the hand, and is provided with a bending suppressing member having a prescribed viscoelasticity regulating the outward bending angle of the wrist. This constitution can correct the outward bending angle of the wrist of the sharp dominant arm apt to apply a too much force thereto and allows the user to effectively perform a practice.
