PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevated apparatus for cultivating strawberries designed to ensure cultivation control passages for cultivating the strawberries in a limited area, plant more strawberries, increase the cultivation density, reduce damaged fruits by insufficient sunshine, suppress the occurrence of defective coloring and malformed fruits, carry out foliage thick growth of the strawberries cultivated by sunshine effects, reduce disease blight of the strawberries and remarkably increase the yield of the strawberries. SOLUTION: The elevated apparatus for cultivating the strawberries is obtained as follows. A plurality of rows of rotating shafts 12 rotating through a driving motor 17 are arranged in a beam part 2 in a greenhouse and long containers 34 for cultivating the strawberries are connected to connecting parts 27 at both ends of suspending ropes 25 stretched around lifting and lowering wheels 23 axially mounted on the rotating shafts. The direction of the sun is detected with photo-detectors 7 of a sun direction detector 5 arranged outside the greenhouse 1 and computed with an arithmetic unit.
