PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-row rolling bearing capable of improving the lubrication state between a raceway surface and a rolling body by improving a shape of an inner ring of a bearing and an internal structure, preventing abrasion by fretting and preventing seizure even when a rotation speed of the bearing is fast. SOLUTION: When the minimum outer diameter dimension of a raceway surface of the inner rings 11, 11 is represented by (a), an outer diameter dimension of an abutment surface 15 of the inner rings 11, 11 by (b), an axial dimension of an oil groove 16 of the respective inner rings by (d) and an axial dimension from the abutment surface 15 of the inner ring 11 to an axial inner side surface of a retainer 14 by (x) when the retainer 14 is positioned in the axial outermost side, a relationship of a>b and x<d<(a-b)/2 is satisfied.
