PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and promptly make a translucent advertising panel with high class feeling having round and soft texture, by giving gloss on a surface and by forming a curved face in a rim part, and to provide an inexpensive advertising panel. SOLUTION: Transparent or colored translucent ultraviolet curable resin 6 having viscosity which rises with surface tension at a rim part of an acrylic plate 1 is poured to the surface of the translucent acrylic plate 1 which is colored in an arbitrary color. Then, the ultraviolet curable resin 6 is stiffened by irradiating an ultraviolet ray to the ultraviolet curable resin 6. Thereby, the advertising panel with high class feeling having round and soft texture, by giving gloss on the surface and by forming the curved face in the rim part can be manufactured.
