It is intended to provide a protease that is stable in a wide pH range from acidic to alkaline and has an excellent thrombolytic action, a protease-producing microorganism producing the protease, and a method for producing the protease. By culturing a novel filamentous fungus (Fusarium sp. BLB strain) belonging to the genus Fusarium, the protease that is stable in a wide pH range from acidic to alkaline and has an excellent thrombolytic action is produced and accumulated in the culture, which is recovered.
