DIGITAL X-RAY AND GAMMA RAY IMAGE DETECTOR

摘要

A digital X-ray and gamma ray image detector is provided to be interlocked with a gamma ray detector and X-ray equipment by the multi-functional image acquisition for X-ray and gamma ray. A digital X-ray and gamma ray image detector includes an X-ray photoconductive layer(300) generating a pair of electrons and electron holes by X-ray; upper and lower electrodes(101,102) formed at the upper and lower surfaces of the X-ray photoconductive layer; an upper fluorescent layer(601) formed at the upper side of the upper electrode and composed of a fluorescent body having excellent X-ray response property; a TFT lead-out apparatus(900) pixel-connected to the lower electrode to transform the electric signal of the X-ray photoconductive layer into the image information; a base plate layer(400) of a physical support base formed at the lower side of the TFT lead-out apparatus; a lower fluorescent layer(602) formed at the lower side of the base plate and composed of a fluorescent body having excellent gamma ray response property; and reflection layers(701,702) formed at the lower side of the lower fluorescent layer and the upper part of the upper fluorescent layer, respectively.
