<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, a program, and an image processing device for performing a printing output for which a predetermined pattern enabling the prohibition of copying to be sensed is embedded by using an inkjet recording device. <P>SOLUTION: A printer driver 411 forms printing image data which is output to the inkjet recording device 500 which can form dots of multiple values by discharging droplets of a recording liquid. The printer driver 411 performs image processes such as CMM, BG/UCR/γ compensation, and an intermediate process to an image which becomes a manuscript, and converts the image into manuscript image data in response to the multiple value dots which can be output by the inkjet recording device 500. Then, the printer driver 411 forms printing image data in response to the mutiple value dots which can be output by the inkjet recording device 500 by overlapping the manuscript image data and the multiple value data of an image pattern including a specified dot pattern at a manuscript-base design pattern composing section 418.
