<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sales of a delivery agent by enabling a receiver to surely receive a load in a delivery service such as door-to-door delivery service. <P>SOLUTION: When a shipping request is transmitted from a personal computer 5 of a sender to the delivery server 2, the delivery server 2 receives the shipping request and outputs a shipping instruction. The delivery server 2 transmits shipping data to a cellular phone 6 of a receiver upon receiving the shipping request, and assigns a point to the receiver according to the content of the shipping request.
