<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project management system capable of objectively evaluating a situation of a project, and to visualize an item having increased risk to prevent considerable delay of decision making. <P>SOLUTION: In this project management system 1, a management index management part 2 acquires management data such as a product coming out in each process of each project whenever necessary, and a project management part 3 quantifies risk likely to be generated in the designated project from a degree of possibility of occurrence and an influence degree when the risk is occurred, ranks it, extracts the risk having the increased rank, produces visualization information of the risk, and transmits the visualization information to a project manager side device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
