<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and provide only effective information related to a position of the user, and fit for the user, from a large number of pieces of information. <P>SOLUTION: This information provision device 1 in one embodiment of the present invention has: a reception means 16a transmittably connected to a terminal 3a portably carried by the user 2a, receiving registration requirement, user identification data, area position data showing a position of an information provision area, and provision contents data from a registering terminal 5a, and receiving information provision requirement, the user identification data, and user position data showing a latest position of the user 2a from the terminal 3a; a registration processing means 18 associating the user identification data, the area position data and the provision contents data and storing them in storage means 21, 22 when receiving the registration requirement; a provision condition decision means 19 deciding whether the user position data satisfies an information provision condition determined from the area position data when receiving the information provision requirement; and a provision means 16b providing the provision contents data related to the user identification data to the terminal 3a when satisfying the information provision condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
