<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a palatal plate capable of arranging a sensor unit in a maximally flat state. <P>SOLUTION: The palatal plate (10) includes a substrate (12) and a circuit or circuit parts (14, 16, 18) assembled on the substrate (12). On the surface side of the substrate (12), a surface side sheet (20a), made of acrylic resin, for example is arranged, and on the back face side of the substrate (12), a back face side sheet (20b) also made of resin is arranged. The edges of the two sheets are thermally adhered (20c). Thus, the two acrylic sheets (20a) and (20b) are made integral to form a sealing resin layer (20). The sensor unit (22) is adhered to the sealing resin layer (20). The outer surface of the sealing resin layer (20), formed of the resin sheets (20a) and (20b), are comparatively flat, and thus, the sensor unit (22) adhere thereon is also flat, so that the operation of the sensor unit (22) is accurately detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
