PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium capable of accurately matching positional relations between a plurality of divided recording areas and the openings of a mask, and an information reproducing device for reproducing information of the recording medium. SOLUTION: The information reproducing device 10 reproduces hologram data recorded in the recording area 2r of the hologram medium 1 of a data multiplexing card type. The hologram medium 1 is constructed by stacking a plurality of slab type single mode waveguides 15. A mask 13 is arranged above the hologram medium 1 in an z axis direction. An imaging device 11 is arranged above the mask 13 when seen from the hologram medium 1. The mask 13 and the imaging device 11 are arranged in parallel with the waveguides 15 of the hologram medium 1.
