PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse tube refrigerating machine in which frequency-adjustable vibration is generated to give no influence to the vibration to be generated in the pulse tube refrigerating machine and achieve a smaller size, and to provide a device mounted with the same. SOLUTION: The pulse tube refrigerating machine 1 comprises a refrigerating machine body 1a having a vibration type compressor 2 in which a pair of pistons 2a are arranged opposing each other, a frequency detecting control part 7 for detecting a regional commercial power source frequency and controlling change-over of the driving frequency of the vibration type compressor 2 corresponding to the commercial power source frequency, and a driving power source part 6 for supplying AC driving power with the changed-over driving frequency to drive the vibration type compressor 2.
