PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting tile which almost uniformly emits light from the entire front surface thereof in spite of employment of a light emitting body smaller than the front surface of the tile, and exerts antiskid effect. SOLUTION: The light emitting tile is formed of a translucent tile main body having a recess formed in a rear surface thereof, and the planar light emitting body to be installed in the recess. The planar light emitting body has a light emitting surface thereof formed smaller than the front surface of the tile main body, and a ceiling surface in the recess of the tile main body is formed into a rough surface so as to irregularly reflect light. Further the front surface of the tile main body has a plurality of projections formed thereon, so as to exert a prism function of reflecting light, and the projections are arranged in a manner enclosing the light emitting surface of the planar light emitting body installed in the recess.
