PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel where members constituting the lens barrel are fixed without being rotated when the rotation in assembling the members is restricted, and which is compact and excellent in strength. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a first member 27 on the inner periphery of which a first projection part 27e is formed; a second member 30 on the outer circumference of which a first recessed part 30c is formed and on the inner periphery of which a second recessed part 30b is formed; and a third member 29 on the outer circumference of which a second projection part 29b is formed. The second member rotating in a circumferential direction after making the first and the second projection parts respectively pass in the first and the second recessed parts in an optical axis direction is held between the first and the second projection parts in the optical axis direction, whereby the third member is held in the first member.
