<p>There is provided a cost information management system and others capable of accurately estimating a cost without requiring a skill of an expert. The system includes: input means for inputting function parameters at a planning state and a design stage and a device target cost setting value; control means for calculating a device cost at a planning stage according to a main function parameter at the planning stage inputted to the input means, comparing the calculation value to the device target cost to judge whether to proceed to the design stage and, if it is decided to proceed to the design stage, further setting a function parameter not yet set at the planning stage so as to calculate a device cost at the design stage, and comparing the calculated value to the device target cost, and terminating the device development if the device cost at the design stage is within the device target cost; and output means for outputting the device cost at the planning stage and the design stage calculated by the control means.</p> |
